Weekly Sharing : ( due Thursdays)
Dear Families,
Sharing in Kindergarten will start the week of August 26. Your child should be prepared to share on Thursdays each week for the entire Kindergarten year. Sharing is one way to enhance your child’s language development, and is part of your child’s homework for the week.
Each week we will have a sharing theme that is listed on my website. Please help your child prepare for this activity. Our first week of sharing is free choice (Aug. 29th ). The children may bring in any item of their choosing. Children should be ready to tell the class what they brought, and why they chose this item to share.
Assignments:
Aug. 30th/ September6th : Writing Journal Cover decorated
September 13: Bring/draw a picture or object that starts with a "P" or "S"
September 23: Please have your child write, learn, and memorize his/her address, including city, state, and zip code. Students should bring the assignment paper in case they need a reminder, and so I can check their responses.

October 14th: Students should have a map of the family fire evacuation/meet up spot
October 21: Student should draw/color their Halloween paper costume doll
